4 Tablespoons for Ground Flaxseed
combined and soak in
1/2 Cup of Water
1 Can of Coconut Milk (full fat not reduced fat)
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Ripe smashed banana
2 Cups of All Purpose GF Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoons of Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
First combined the ground flaxseed and water together. Let it set up until it is a nice, thick consistency. Then add the other wet and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until everything is combined. I stirred these together by hand using a whisk.
My waffle iron setting for waffles is 375 degrees F. They turned out great if I cooked them for 4 minutes.
Top with honey, almond butter, or fresh fruit and enjoy,
